Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your GotchaGoods order. If something isn't right, contact us at doaicartoon@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help make it right with a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
